超越停车库的概念成为绿色换乘的枢纽，成为一个在精神上吸引观察者“进入”的门户，象征着Kolasin慢行区。上层作为公共内街，融入慢行交通网络，形成停车场和共享空间，为周围居民提供便利，成为一个有吸引力的目的地。

It goes beyond the concept of a parking garage, serving as a hub for green transportation, becoming a gateway that mentally draws the observer “inside” and symbolizes the slow traffic district in Kolasin. The upper level functions as a public inner street, integrated into the slow traffic network, forming a parking park and shared space that provides convenience for surrounding residents. It becomes an attractive destination, going beyond the concept of a mere station.
