巴塘经济特区 ( Batang SEZ )

特区简介- Introduction

2021年，巴塘被列为印尼方核心合作SEZ(国家经济特区) ；25年3月20日，印尼总统普拉博沃、中国驻印尼大使王鲁彤及多位印尼高官共同为之揭幕，希望对标深圳，计划将其打造成高端制造业与技术创新产业集群。

In 2021, Batang was designated as a core cooperative SEZ (National Special Economic Zone) by Indonesia; on March 20, 2025, the inauguration was jointly attended by Indonesian President Prabowo, Chinese Ambassador to Indonesia Wang Lutong, and several high-ranking Indonesian officials. The plan aims to benchmark Shenzhen, developing Batang into a cluster for high-end manufacturing and technology innovation industries.

半径200km覆盖1.2 亿人口本地市场 。所毗邻三宝垄（Semarang），印尼第四大城市，位于中爪哇，获称“印尼东莞”。华人约为20万到25万之间，占当地总人口的15%左右。

The local market within a 200 km radius covers 120 million people. It is adjacent to Semarang, Indonesia’s fourth-largest city, located in Central Java and nicknamed the 'Dongguan of Indonesia.' The Chinese community numbers approximately 200,000 to 250,000, accounting for about 15% of the local population.

陆运条件，拥有超级无水港铁路（30列集装箱运力），距离高速公路入口仅8公里；

空港条件，距三宝垄国际机场80km；

深港条件，距离Tanjung Mas深水港口85km。

有27家企业入驻，7家运营、7家在建；9家中企入驻，行业分布皮毛染色、钢铁、医疗器械、仓储等。

A total of 27 enterprises have settled in, with 7 in operation and 7 under construction; 9 Chinese companies are present, covering industries such as leather and fur dyeing, steel, medical devices, and warehousing.

工程条件 - Infrastructure

鱼塘填埋而成，地质承载力较差，地坪需要5-6年完成沉降；

桩长常大于40m，造成成本上浮；

本地劳务、建材资源较为丰富，该部分成本相对较低。

Constructed by filling fish ponds, the site has poor geological bearing capacity, requiring 5–6 years for ground settlement; piles often exceed 40 m in length, increasing costs; local labor and construction materials are relatively abundant, making this portion of the cost relatively low.
